Of course! We'll conduct staff training when we set up your app. Don't worry; the equipment is user-friendly, and we leave behind a training manual for reference and for training new hires. If you'd ever like us to return to your location for retraining, or if there are any issues at any time, contact our Customer Support Team.
You will be receive a notification when you receive a new order. We suggest that you overestimate your prep time by about 10 minutes. (Customers don’t typically complain about food being early.)

We include new and noteworthy restaurants by market in our bi-weekly newsletter, use targeted social media engagements, list your restaurant in the app, and much more.We provide you with our media kit (logos, social media posts, etc.) for you to promote yourself on Nosh Delivery.We've found that the most successful restaurants actively promote their partnership with Nosh Delivery to existing and potential customers. No one should ever leave your restaurant without seeing or hearing that you are now on Nosh Delivery.
Once signed up, you can start taking orders within 3 days! We'll create your account, guide you with the app, build your menu and confirm with you that everything looks good.

Payments are processed up from 24 to 72 hours via direct deposit. You will receive this payment via direct deposit to the account and routing information we have on file and are available for your review in the Merchant Portal. Please note, payment can take 2-3 business days to process and arrive in your account.
We highly recommend setting up a direct deposit to ensure that all payments are received as quickly as possible. You will be able to receive payments in any dollar amount. You can set this up on your Merchant Panel, click on "Settings" on the left hand-side, and it will bring you to the payment screen.
